LOS ANGELES (CN) – The **National Foundation of America is accused of securities fraud in Superior Court, and so are **Robert Frost, Richard K. Olive and Susan Olive. The State of Florida in May this year ordered the Franklin, Tenn.-based Foundation, and its officers Richard and Susan Olive, to cease and desist from offering unlicensed insurance in Florida. Florida claims the Olives targeted the elderly for felony financial abuse.
