New York appeals court upholds Trump’s $10,000 daily sanctions

MANHATTAN — An appeals court in New York upheld the imposition of $10,000 in sanctions per day until former President Donald Trump complies with discovery as ordered by a state court. His lawyers replied to a subpoena with no responsive documents, a breach of the court’s mandate.
