Ninth Circuit Denies

The Ninth Circuit <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Ninth-order.pdf">denied</a></strong> the government’s <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Ninth-Motion-to-Vacate.pdf">request</a> Monday to vacate an <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/bond-hearings-orderedfor-long-ice-holds/">injunction</a> requiring bond hearings for immigrants detained for six months or longer in the Central District of California, while it awaits supplemental briefings on <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/justices-hold-detained-immigrants-not-entitled-to-bond-hearing">the issue</a>.

LOS ANGELES — The Ninth Circuit refused Monday to vacate an injunction requiring bond hearings for immigrants detained for six months or longer in the Central District of California, while it awaits supplemental briefings on the issue.
