Ninth Circuit upholds NLRB ruling against union buster

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit declined to review a National Labor Relations Board order and granted the board’s motion for enforcement against a concrete construction company that was found guilty of illegal “union-busting tactics” and other unfair labor practices. The court quoted its 2017 precedent: “A court must uphold a Board decision when substantial evidence supports its findings of fact and when the agency applies the law correctly.”
