Ninth Circuit wants to know when LAX flight paths will be reviewed

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit ordered the Federal Aviation Administration to put together a timeline for completing an environmental impact review for three added flight paths into LAX; the flights were added in 2018, and the court ordered the FAA to do such a review in 2021, but never imposed a deadline. The court declined to issue a six-month deadline as requested by Los Angeles and Culver City.
