No false advertising found

BROOKLYN — A federal court dismissed a false advertising class action against the owner of Splenda, which allegedly falsely marketed its Naturals Stevia Zero Calorie sweetener as all-natural. The class representative failed to argue that the product’s two ingredients, stevia leaf extract and erythritol, are synthetic based on the extraction processes involved.
