No knock, no clothes

BROOKLYN — A federal court in New York partially denied summary judgment to the police after officers executed a no-knock warrant on a family’s Queens home. Factual disputes over whether the mother was allowed to dress herself before or after she was handcuffed, and concerning the father’s several-hour detainment in a police van, preserve their claims.
