ST. LOUIS – Whitney Harris, one of the last prosecutors at the Nuremberg Tribunals, died last week at his home here. He was 97. Nearly 50 years after the Nuremberg trials, Harris helped create the International Criminal Court, in the 1990s – the first such international criminal court.
