Ohio Called Unfair On Workers Comp

CLEVELAND (CN) – Three businesses claim the **Ohio Attorney General and the state Bureau of Workers Compensation illegally charge non-group rated businesses 20 percent more for workers comp insurance, to subsidize group-rated employers, and that the state has cheated 250,000 private employers in this way since 1991. See the class-action complaint in Cuyahoga County Court.
