BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – A CVS Caremark store sicced police on a man for buying one package of pseudoephedrine, causing him to be jailed for 5 days, charged with a felony (possession of meth precursor), and 20 months of legal proceedings, which were dismissed, the man claims in Jefferson County Court.
