OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) – Midwest City can’t take their dogs, because the ordinance that gives it the power to seize and destroy “pit bulls” is unconstitutional, the Stuckey family says. The Stuckeys, who say their pets are “like Spuds McKenzie and the Target mascot,” says the city law is unconstitutionally vague about what a “pit bull” is, and even if it weren’t, it would be an unconstitutional taking. See the Superior Court complaint.
