ATLANTA (CN) – A woman claims she was raped because of Delta Air Lines’ negligence. After refusing to let her board a plane to the Dominican Republic because she forgot her birth certificate, Delta sent her the next day to Santo Domingo, rather than Punta Cana, and hired a driver to take her the rest of the way. She says the driver and other men raped her. The plaintiff is represented by Scott Patterson of Marietta in Fulton County Court.
