SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California dismissed data science company hiQ’s antitrust claims against LinkedIn relating to the social networking site’s attempts to prevent hiQ from accessing public information on the site, finding hiQ failed to allege anti-competitive conduct or that the “people analytics” market is a product market.
