CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit upheld the convictions of a Michigan doctor whose clinic, Compassionate Doctors, collected millions in Medicare payments and illegal kickbacks for fraudulent prescriptions written to fake patients, who were “generally small-time criminals and drug dealers,” according to the court.
