Polar Bears

WASHINGTON (CN) – Polar bears searching for new habitat as their ice flows melt should look both ways before crossing any roads, because the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has decided that any incidental take of polar bears resulting from activities outside the bears’ current range is allowed under the Endangered Species Act.     Click the document icon on the front page for details and links to the regulations. The document icon under the “Acid Rain, Ag Workers & More” heading leads to other new regulations.
