HAGATNA, Guam — A police officer was properly convicted of multiple charges after he forcibly and violently had sex with a woman in lieu of arresting her for prostitution, the Guam Supreme Court ruled .
The court did determine, however, vacate three of the police officer’s convictions, finding that two of them were included offenses of other convictions and one violated double jeopardy.
