Ponzi Scam

The SEC sued Brooke Church-Koegel and Nicole J. Walker, both of Marina del Rey, Calif., and David H. Goldman, of Chatsworth, Calif. in federal court, claiming they pocketed<a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Ponzi-scam.pdf"> <strong>$2.8 million</strong></a> from selling unregistered securities in the Woodbridge Ponzi scam, though they were not registered as securities dealers.

MIAMI — The SEC claims in a federal complaint that Brooke Church-Koegel and Nicole J. Walker, both of Marina del Rey, Calif., and David H. Goldman, of Chatsworth, Calif., pocketed $2.8 million from selling unregistered securities in the Woodbridge Ponzi scam, though they were not registered as securities dealers.
