MIAMI — The SEC claims in a federal complaint that Brooke Church-Koegel and Nicole J. Walker, both of Marina del Rey, Calif., and David H. Goldman, of Chatsworth, Calif., pocketed $2.8 million from selling unregistered securities in the Woodbridge Ponzi scam, though they were not registered as securities dealers.
