Predatory doc notice stays up

CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled the lower court was right to deny a doctor’s request for all references to his emergency suspension order to be removed from the New Hampshire Board of Medicine website. He was suspended for making sexual comments to female coworkers and patients, including a minor, and for inappropriately touching a female patient. The references online are not solely continued discipline; they serve the board’s interest in protecting the public.
