The Washington Post, New York Times, et al., sued the U.S. Small Business Administration for records on “the private businesses that have recently received <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Public-Record-1.pdf">public assistance</a></strong> as part of the federal government’s efforts to address the economic fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic.</p>

WASHINGTON — The Washington Post and New York Times brought a federal complaint to access U.S. Small Business Administration records on “the private businesses that have recently received public assistance as part of the federal government’s efforts to address the economic fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic."
