Racism against Asian Americans

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — A California federal judge ruled against an Asian American deputy district attorney for Santa Clara County, who believes he was retaliated against after penning an opinion column that decried the uptick in racism and violence experienced by Asian Americans since the Covid-19 pandemic began. He could not show the county had a custom or practice of discrimination.
