(CN) – The court-appointed receiver for Sunwest Management demands $400 million from Davis Wright Tremaine, claiming the Seattle-based law office wrote Sunwest’s misleading and offering memoranda. In a separate federal complaint, the receiver demands $20 million from Grove, Mueller & Swank, claiming the accountants aided and abetted breaches of duty at Sunwest’s chain of assisted-living old folks homes.
