Restaurant religious discrimination

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland found in favor of a restaurant accused by a community of self-identified “Gypsies” of racial and religious discrimination after they were refused service. The restaurant plausibly alleged that the group is frequently disruptive and disrespectful to staff, and even though its staff member called them “you people” while refusing service to them, the phrase was ruled too ambiguous to unquestionably infer discrimination.
