CHICAGO – A Minnesota advertising firm claims in a federal lawsuit that Chicago’s ban on commercial advertising on and in ridesharing vehicles, like those used by Uber and Lyft drivers, is unconstitutional because it doesn’t apply to taxis or ordinary cars.

The allegations mirror those made in another complaint filed in Manhattan in October 2015 by the same plaintiff, Vugo Inc.
