Rihanna in Beef With Neighbor in Hollywood

LOS ANGELES (CN) – Rihanna’s neighbor says the pop star has chauffeured cars idling on her property for hours at a time on an easement that her landlord is no longer entitled to use.      Christian Moeller says he granted his neighbor, Stephen Yacobian, a driveway easement so Yacobian could reach a small parking area on his own property. But Yacobian allegedly got rid of the parking area to expand his pool during a 2006 remodel.      Yacobian and Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, kept parking on the easement, despite Moeller’s protests, the lawsuit states. Yacobian even installed a wall and a hedge of bamboo between the easement and the rest of Moeller’s property, allegedly claiming that the wall marked the property line. Then Yacobian set up surveillance cameras to monitor Moeller’s property, according to the Superior Court complaint.
