Robbery Heart Attack

<span style="font-weight: 400;">A New York appeals court <a href="http://www.nycourts.gov/reporter/3dseries/2019/2019_07596.htm"><strong>ruled</strong></a> that a defendant was properly convicted of felony murder and robbery after the person he robbed suffered a fatal heart attack caused by the stress of the event. The heart attack was a “foreseeable consequence of the robbery.”</span>
