S.D. Supreme Court

BANKING/LENDING – The state Supreme Court affirmed in part a ruling ordering a man to repay his credit card debt, but said the debt must be reexamined. The defendant was apparently defrauded by telemarketers who convinced him to buy worthless or nonexistent coins to resell them to a nonexistent London company for an alleged profit. See ruling.
