Samsung Suit Dismissed

A federal judge <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Samsung.pdf"><strong>dismissed</strong></a> a class action in which consumers <strong><a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/ninth-circuit-advances-samsung-class-action-claims/">claimed</a></strong> that the resale value of Galaxy smartphones declined because Samsung infringed patents held by Apple.

SAN JOSE — U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh **dismissed with prejudice a second amended class action against Samsung Electronics, in which consumers claimed that the resale value of Galaxy smartphones declined because Samsung infringed patents held by Apple.
