<span style="font-weight: 400;">A Texas appeals court <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/sandyhook-1.pdf"><strong>ruled</strong></a> that the mother of a Sandy Hook victim has established a prima facie claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress against InfoWars’ owner Alex Jones, who claimed parents of the shooting victims were being untruthful about the deaths of their children.  </span>

AUSTIN – A Texas appeals court ruled that the mother of a Sandy Hook victim has established a prima facie claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress against InfoWars’ owner Alex Jones, who claimed parents of the shooting victims were being untruthful about the deaths of their children.

The lower court properly denied Jones’s motion to dismiss, the appeals court ruled.
