Sansay software injunction

SAN DIEGO — A federal court in California transformed a temporary restraining order against a telecommunications equipment maintenance firm into a preliminary injunction lasting 120 days. The maintenance company, Sansay, had signaled a desire to terminate its contract with Impact Telecom, which allegedly would have disconnected the internet phone services of millions of users, including municipal emergency services and crisis hotlines.
