DALLAS (CN) – Microtune, a Plano-based technology company, and its two top officers defrauded shareholders by awarding millions of dollars to executives by backdating stock options and filing false and misleading financial statements, the SEC claims in a settled complaint in Federal Court. The SEC also sued former CEO Douglas J. Bertek, and former CFO and General Counsel Nancy A. Richardson.
