Securities Fraud

The SEC brought a federal complaint against Alan G. Heide, 61, of Lake Worth, Fla., saying he <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Securities-fraud.pdf">fraudulently raised</a></strong> more than $322 million from at least 3,600 investors nationwide in an unregistered securities offering.

FORT LAUDERDALE — The SEC brought a federal complaint against Alan G. Heide, 61, of Lake Worth, Fla., saying he fraudulently raised more than $322 million from at least 3,600 investors nationwide in an unregistered securities offering. Heide was CFO of 1 Global Capital, which is not a party to the suit.
