Four men used three companies to defraud investors of $10 million, federal prosecutors say in Albuquerque. The SEC sued United American Ventures, Integra Investment Group, and All American Capital Corp., and Philip Lee David Jack Thomas, 74, of Irvine, Calif.; Eric J. Hollowell, 37, also of Irvine; Matthew A. Dies, 51, of Corona, Calif.; and Anthony J. Oliva, formerly of Placitas, N.M.
