Sex discrimination

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland partially denied a microbiological products company’s motion to dismiss gender discrimination claims brought by a female former sales manager, who was fired and replaced by two men. She showed that she received a positive review weeks before her termination, and that she had been replaced by two men of equal standing, so her claim survives.
