CHICAGO – A class of Tribune Media shareholders filed a lawsuit over the company’s failed effort to merge with Sinclair Broadcasting, claiming stock prices fell $6.44 per share when it was revealed that Tribune knew Sinclair was refusing to sell TV stations as part of the regulatory approval process.
