A company director who owns preferred stock sued Telos Corp. to try to stop it from “spending millions of dollars to repurchase common stock from current and former Telos executives in direct violation of its contractual obligations to the preferred stockholders,” whom it allegedly already owes more than $100 million, in Alexandria, Va., Federal Court.
