LOS ANGELES (CN) – Six lenders face separate class-action complaints accusing them of defrauding borrowers by failing to disclose terms in adjustable-rate mortgages. Named as defendants in Federal Court are **Brooks America Mortgage Corp., T.J. Financial, Chevy Chase Bank FSB, Loan Management Services, California Empire Financial Group, and American First Real Estate Services. All plaintiffs are represented by Kabateck Brown Kellner.
