Skate arrests in question

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California allowed some claims to proceed against San Francisco officials following a mass arrest of minors during the “Dolores Hill Bomb” skateboarding event. Though some First Amendment claims fail, the officers are not immune from other civil rights and false arrest claims, as it is plausible that they lacked probable cause to conduct the arrests.
