The FTC sued Agora Financial, Newmarket Health, both of Baltimore, et al. in federal court, claiming they sell bogus health services and other spurious information, such as a “Doctor’s Guide” that they claim can “<a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Snake-oil.pdf"><strong>cure Type II diabetes</strong></a> in 28 days.”
