California and 10 of its counties sued <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Snake-Oil.pdf">Innovus Pharmaceuticals</a></strong> in Monterey County Court, claiming it falsely advertises Diabasens as a treatment for diabetes, and Apeaz as treatment for bone and cartilage destruction, and does so with “Dr. Esper,” who is not a medical doctor, but sits on the Innovus board.</p>

SALINAS, Calif. — California and 10 of its counties sued Innovus Pharmaceuticals in Monterey County Court, claiming it falsely advertises Diabasens as a treatment for diabetes, and Apeaz as treatment for bone and cartilage destruction, and does so with “Dr. Esper,” who is not a medical doctor, but sits on the Innovus board.
