SAN FRANCISCO – A federal court in California compelled arbitration for plaintiffs who agreed to it in their unfair business practices suit against a solar panel installer relating to alleged misrepresentations of the costs associated with buying and maintaining home solar power generator equipment.

The court denied the solar panel installer’s motion to dismiss against the remaining two plaintiffs who did not agree to arbitration.
