State Seeks $14M from Leading Edge Group

CHICAGO (CN) – The state liquidator for Employer’s Consortium V and the Administrative Employer Group claims Leading Edge Group Holdings CEO and sole owner Allen Hilly transferred $14.3 million from ECV and AEG into Leading Edge accounts to evade creditors, duck responsibilities to shareholders, stiff clients who sought workers comp through ECV and AEG, and did not actually pay the workers comp premiums, in Cook County Court.
