Still a cartel in there

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — The Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of an insurer that does not want to defend an insured firm from a fraud suit brought by the buyer of a Mexican manufacturing plant that was not informed the facility was under the Sinaloa Cartel’s control. The firm selling the plant had been duped by the previous seller, who also failed to disclose the cartel issue.
