(CN) – Shareholders of **CKX Inc., which owns rights to the names and Images of Elvis Presley, Graceland and Muhammad Ali, claim corporate directors, including **Robert Sillerman and Priscilla Presley, are taking the company private for the unfair price of $13.75 and one share of FX Luxury Realty per minority shareholders’ share. CKX CEO Sillerman is accused of masterminding an unfair transaction.
