LOS ANGELES — Darryl Payne brought a federal complaint against Barry Manilow and the Judy Garland Heirs’ Trust, claiming that the album “My Dream Duets” infringes his copyright to the “Judy Garland Show,” which ran for 26 episodes from 1963-64.
