Suing Scott Pruitt

The Waterkeeper Alliance claim in a federal complaint Wednesday that the Clean Water Rule of June 2015 <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/attorneys-general-say-epa-exceeding-authority-with-clean-water-rule-rollback/"><strong>denied protection</strong></a> to critical streams, rivers, lakes and wetlands, and a Delay Rule of February 2018 <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Suing-Pruitt.pdf">delayed protections</a> for other bodies of water. It’s the 45<sup>th</sup> such lawsuit against EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt this calendar-year.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Waterkeeper Alliance claim in a federal complaint Wednesday that the Clean Water Rule of June 2015 denied protection to critical streams, rivers, lakes and wetlands, and a Delay Rule of February 2018 delayed protections for other bodies of water. It’s the 45th such lawsuit against EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt this calendar-year.
