On the heels of similar lawsuits in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, MGM Resorts – the owner of Mandalay Bay, site of the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history – <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Mandalay-victims-COMPLAINT.pdf">sued</a></strong> dozens of victims of the tragedy Tuesday, citing an obscure federal law as reason to avoid liability for the massacre.
