PORTLAND, Maine — A federal court in Maine denied medical products companies’ partial motion to dismiss patent infringement, false advertising and deceptive trade practices claims relating to flocked swabs produced at a specific factory, finding the defendants failed to provide sufficient evidence to support a Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act defense.
