T-Mobile Cheats On Rebates, Class Claims

CHICAGO (CN) – T-Mobile USA and Young America Corp. defraud customers by offering rebates on purchases of cell phones and service plans, but delivering only a VISA rebate card with less than cash value and “numerous use restrictions,” a class action claims in Federal Court.     One named plaintiff claims he never got his promised $50 rebate until he complained to the Illinois Attorney General, and even then the defendants did not deliver the rebate as promised.      The class demands punitive damages.
