CHICAGO (CN) – A former CFO of the Chicago Teacher’s Pension Fund claims its executive director illegally wiretapped and recorded a phone call she made to the pension fund’s director of member services. Former CFO Patricia Hambrick and Rebecca Harris sued the Board of Trustees of the Public School Teachers’ Pension and Retirement Fund of Chicago, its executive director Kevin Huber, manager Sheron Banks-Fallis, and member services supervisor Marianne Schury. Plaintiffs seek damages, reinstatement for Hambrick, and monetary damages. They are represented by Coleman, Martin & Brown.
