CINCINNATI (CN) – Former technician **Leo Ahern found out that the **National Labor Relations Board will not protect an employee who writes a letter criticizing his supervisor, sends it to company headquarters and puts a co-worker’s name on the return address. The board backed the company’s decision to fire Ahern, and the 6th Circuit affirms.
